USS ADAMS MUSEUM IDENTITY

 

Colossal, grey ships pierce the horizon along the St. John’s River mouth, illustrating the rich Naval history that is so deeply ingrained in the coastal culture of the United States. When the Jacksonville Historical Naval Ship Association (JHNSA) expressed their vision to “Bring Home the Adams”, a half-century old U.S. Navy Guided Missile Destroyer, it was well understood that a strong brand would be required for such a laudable cause. The brand’s mission was not only to establish a world class venue, but also set the foundation for a lifelong trademark reflective of Jacksonville’s own military history and appreciation for its veterans. It was a wonderful privilege and experience working with the JHNSA non-profit to bring their vision of the USS Charles F. Adams floating museum to life.
